If you choose to mount your iris folding design onto a card blank instead of covering the back of your iris folding with an insert, then you'll need some foam sticky pads.
These pads are perfect for lifting the iris folding away from the card just enough so that the iris folding doesn't create an unsightly lump. And for work that has a lot of folds, or when you've used a slightly thicker paper, you can simply double up the pads to lift it a little further away from the card.
