There's a kind of playful mindfulness that happens when you pay attention to how colors and patterns stir your emotions. As you spend time on paper cutting and folding to make beautiful greeting cards and gifts, you experience an inner joy. And you can pass on that joy to others by giving away what you have lovingly made!

Hey fellow crafter, I'm Bethan and I'm passionate about being creative and having a positive impact on others through craft. I aim to do this by teaching the art of iris folding and I hope the resources and ideas on this site inspire you to explore iris folding and enjoy creating with pretty papers.
